LOCAL ARRANGEMENTS

The Symposium will open with a Welcome Reception (cocktail+drinks) on Sunday evening, September 9th, and the sessions will start next morning.
Wednesday afternoon will be a free time for the Symposium trip and gala dinner. Buses with special tourism guides will leave the symposium hotel at 14:00 towards El-Jem city, where we will visit the Roman Amphitheater and the El-Jem Musuem. Then at 17:00 buses will depart to Medinat Alzahra for the symposium gala dinner.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS’ PROGRAMS:

Daily Excursions to many interesting sites of Tunisia are organized by all hotels through travel agencies. Notice that Wednesday is reserved for the Symposium trip and gala dinner.
You may sign up for any excursions at your hotel desk preferably no less than a day in advance.
